Induction
As a new member of our team, you will spend the first week in a New Joiner Orientation, which gives you an insight into the working of our organization, the structure, your role, and the tools you can use to deliver projects effectively. The New Joiner Orientation also gives you the opportunity to meet colleagues from all levels and get acquainted with our global network of talented professionals.

Training
If you have less than 6 months of experience, you receive intensive training in core technologies, so as to enable you to meet project requirements. The duration of training could vary from one to three months, depending on your skill and experience level.

Honing your skills
At Rave Technologies, you can update your skills by being part of a host of training programs on technology, behavioral, domain and language skills.
