Anand Jhaveri, Founder, Chairman & CEO
Anand has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the Cornell University. He had spent first 5 years of his 22-year IT career with AMD and Clarity in Silicon Valley. Anand has spent the last 17 years building Rave Technologies into a successful venture.

Melvyn Burgoyne, Managing Director (UK)
Melvyn has over 20 years experience in the IT Industry and has been intimately involved in offshore services since 1994, when he established the UK subsidiary of US based IMR (later changed to IMR Global). In 1999 Melvyn was invited to head up the sales and marketing organization for Mahindra British Telecom in the UK, with the objective of establishing a customer base outside of BT, MBT’s UK based parent. As the company grew aggressively he went on to run the Northern Europe region for MBT for five years, building businesses in Ireland and Scandinavia. Prior to his involvement in India he had worked for several leading IT services and solutions providers including EDS and IBM (UK), holding senior positions in Sales and Marketing.

Melvyn joined Rave in April 2007 to lead the UK business. He holds a Higher National Certificate in Computer Studies and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
 

Anjoo Navalkar, Head of Quality & HR
Anjoo is a Gold Medalist in Mathematics from University of Mumbai. In a career spanning more than 16 years, Anjoo has been involved with over 100 leading edge software companies auditing their processes for ISO on behalf of KPMG QR. She has been trained in CMM, CMMI, BS7799 and BS15000. She has participated in 5 CMM Level – 5 Assessments. Before joining Rave, She was one of the founder Directors of Skylark, set up exclusively to provide Management Consultancy Services primarily focused at Quality.

Anjoo is also playing the interim role of HR Head where she is responsible for all the people practices and policy implementations.
